Purpose
Morgenhorn AG advises companies on organisational, strategic and personnel matters and on related activities. Under the Resource2Capital project, this advisory focus is applied to resource and infrastructure projects seeking access to European capital markets.
Regulatory status
We provide advisory services in connection with European capital-markets access. We do not solicit, accept or administer client assets, do not execute transactions on a discretionary basis, and are not licensed as a securities firm under the Swiss Financial Institutions Act (FinIA). Specific advisory engagements are governed by individual mandate agreements that set out the scope, deliverables, fees and applicable disclosures for that mandate.
